It saved a lot of time, and the notes came out more thorough than I'd write.
DRDr MTDentist
Checking the notes takes a minute or two, not ten. I'd recommend it without question.

Really good for the drawn-out consults, the workups and full-mouth rehabs.

Questions

Good to know

How accurate are the notes?
Chairscribe drafts from what was actually said and flags anything worth a second look. You review and sign off, so the final note is always yours.
Do I need a microphone?
Chairscribe can be used as an admin tool without a microphone. However, for the best experience, we suggest using a quality microphone like the DJI Mic Mini 2, which can be purchased from their official website or through Amazon.
How secure is my patient data?
Audio is processed in real time and deleted immediately. Only the note is saved, and your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Transcription and note generation use trusted AI providers under strict data agreements. Our privacy policy lists exactly who we work with.
Does it work with my practice software?
There is no setup required, just open it in a separate browser tab. Once your note is ready, paste it straight into your practice software with one click. This lets you fully review the note from anywhere.
How do I get started?
Click “Start scribing” and complete your information. Setup takes minutes, and your materials and templates are customised to you.
