10-Day Starter Pack — Offer Terms

The Starter Pack is for dentists new to Chairscribe who have not held a paid Chairscribe subscription before, one per person. We may withdraw or change the offer at any time; your pack, once purchased, runs on the terms below.

Ten days of full Chairscribe access and a Note Style Calibration session with our team, on every pack. The A$59 pack also includes a professional microphone, and the A$99 pack a professional microphone with its USB receiver, posted to the address you give at checkout. The A$29 pack is for dentists using their own microphone.

Your ten days begin with your first recorded appointment. If you have not recorded within 30 days of purchase, the ten days begin automatically so the offer does not stay open indefinitely.

Complete all five actions during your ten days and we apply a credit equal to what you paid for the pack (A$29, A$59 or A$99) to your Chairscribe account. The five actions are:

1. Complete in-app onboarding.
2. Add your note templates.
3. Record five appointments and copy the notes out.
4. Attend your Note Style Calibration session.
5. Tell us how Chairscribe has changed your note-taking.

We confirm the two session-based actions from our side and tick them off for you. Once all five are done we apply the credit within two business days.

The credit is applied to your Chairscribe account and reduces your next payment. It is not exchangeable for cash and is not transferable. It does not expire — it sits on your account until a payment uses it. You need an active or starting subscription for the credit to be applied against.

On the A$59 and A$99 packs the hardware is yours to keep whether or not you complete the five actions, and whether or not you continue with Chairscribe.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees. Where those rights apply, they operate alongside this offer.
